5. PUBLIC QUESTIONS
Mr P. Hardwick of Holmlea Road, Datchet will ask the following questions of Councillor Mrs Gliksten, the Leader of the Council:
"As a Council Tax payer I feel I am getting very poor service for my tax. Can the Leader of the Council explain what can be done to improve my services?"
6. PETITIONS
To receive any petitions presented by Members on behalf of registered electors for the Borough under Rule A.10. Councillors Baskerville and Pratt have given notice of petitions.
7. APPOINTMENT OF COMMITTEES / PANELS / FORUMS ETC
i) To note the following amendment to the membership of the Corporate Parenting Forum as notified by the Liberal Democrat Group Leader:- Councillor Mrs Newbound to replace Councillor Mrs Proctor as a member and as Chairman.
ii) To note the following amendment to the membership of the Housing Services User Forum as notified by the Liberal Democrat Group Leader:- Councillor Mrs Proctor to replace Councillor Mrs Newbound as a member and as Chairman.
8. REVIEW OF THE COUNCIL CONSTITUTION
To consider proposed revisions to the Council Constitution (please see report at bottom of page).

Can the Lead Member assure the Council that necessary measures are in place for staff at Borough schools to report, and have resolved, ongoing problems or issues related to workplace harassment or bullying, without fear of reprisals or counteraction?

At the Cabinet Meeting on 27 April 2006 and at the Council Meeting on 27 June 2006 I asked for the evidence which shows that the Authority is not in breach of its statutory duty under the Highways Act 1980 in respect of the roads in Sunninghill and South Ascot. When can I expect to receive this?

On Sunday the 14 July, we had a major field fire at our farm in Henley, which was attended by six fire engines from various stations. Will the Leader of the Council agree with me that we should open more fire stations rather than relocating one out of Windsor?

In times of low inflation does the Lead Member agree that the increases in the salary bill of 9.4% in 2004/5 and 6.1% in 2005/6 is unsustainable?

Will the Lead Member be supporting a Bio Diesel manufacturing plant within the Borough using the thousands of acres of set-aside land, to produce locally grown energy for the Borough's vehicles?

Some considerable time ago as the result of a Conservative motion to Council the Lead Member resolved to improve the reporting of planning enforcement activities. What has been achieved?
