Petition - To consider the following petition referred from Council:
Bexley Street & Clewer Fields Neighbourhood Watch
"We the undersigned residents of Clewer Fields, Bexley Street and Hunters Mews petition the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council to address the vandalism and criminal damage that is being carried out in Clewer Fields. Although all areas are subject to small amounts of these, over recent weeks there has been a dramatic increase in the volume and destructiveness of such acts in Clewer Fields. We petition the RBWM to propose a multi-agency solution to our problem taking into consideration the suggestions below, many of which have come from the Thames Valley Police Crime Reduction Officer:·
The Council's Constitution provides for the lead petitioners to address the Forum for a maximum of five minutes on the issues raised in the petition. The lead petitioners will give a brief presentation, following which the Forum is invited to discuss the petition.
Parish Council Representatives Questions - An opportunity for the Parish Council Representatives on the Forum to ask questions.

Vacancy For 'Southern Parish Council' Representative - Parish Councillor Webb has relinquished his role as parish councillor on Sunningdale Parish Council. As a result, there is a vacancy on the Crime and Disorder Forum for one of the 'southern parish council' representatives, and Members are asked to note that an election will shortly be held with the relevant parish councils seeking to fill this vacancy.
