URGENT ITEM - PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

The Chairman has agreed to consider this item, in accordance with Section 100B (4) (b) of the Local Government Act 1972, as it is considered important that Members receive a presentation at this meeting from the Head of Human Resources, and have the opportunity to ask questions on performance management.
