To receive the Minutes of the Forum Meeting held on 7 April 2008

CHIEF CONSTABLE

To note that arrangements have been made for the Chief Constable to attend a special meeting of the Crime and Disorder Forum on Thursday 11 September at 6.00pm in the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Maidenhead. There will be an opportunity for Members of the Forum to submit questions in advance to the Chief Constable.Members are asked to note this additional meeting of the Forum accordingly.

Parish Council Representatives Questions - An opportunity for Parish Council Representatives on the Forum to ask questions.

Vacancy for 'Southern Parish Council' Representative - Parish Councillor Gregorowski has relinquished her role as Parish Councillor on Datchet Parish Council. As a result, there is a vacancy on the Crime and Disorder Forum for one of the 'Southern Parish Council' representatives, and Members are asked to note that an election will shortly be held with the relevant Parish Councils seeking to fill this vacancy.

Dates of future Forum Meetings: 21st October 2008, 14th January 2009, 7th April 2009All meetings will be held at 7.00pm in the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Maidenhead.
