Minutes from Last Conference - To receive the Minutes from the last Conference held on 14 June 2010.

Big Society

Andrew Elkington, the Royal Borough's Head of Policy and Performance, will be in attendance to present on the Big Society.

Feedback to Parishes

This item will provide parishes with the opportunity to discuss the issue of feedback from Council officers on any issue

Parish Presentation - Community Payback - Bray Parish Council

Councillor Chris Graham, Bray Parish Council, will be in attendance to present on his parish's experiences of the Community Payback scheme.

Presentation At Next Conference

The Conference will no doubt recall that, at the Conference meeting in June 2007, it was agreed that there should be an opportunity for Parish and Town Councils to share their experiences and successes in relation to projects and schemes that they may be involved in.

Hence, the Conference is invited to agree the presentation for the next Conference in February 2011.

N.B. In consultation with the Chairman of DALC, it was agreed that one issue would be dealt with by way of an information leaflet rather than a discussion item for the agenda (Flood Plain Policy). This will be available at the meeting.
