BodyZone... the health and fitness suite in and for the heart of the Royal Borough.

In order to gain the maximum benefit from your visit, a fitness consultant will guide you around the gym before your first workout.

There is a BodyZone Gym located at Magnet Leisure Centre as well as Windsor Leisure Centre, Charters Leisure Centre in Ascot and Braywick Park. BodyZone offers the very best in fitness facilities and you will immediately enjoy the benefits of leading a healthier lifestyle in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

BodyZone welcomes all standards of fitness from the seasoned exerciser to the total beginner. Once you take out a membership at BodyZone (direct debit, 3 month or 1 year subscription only) you are automatically a member of the other BodyZone gyms - Windsor, Charters and Braywick Park.

Inductions:
In order to gain maximum benefit from your visits you will be guided around the gym by your fitness consultant before your first workout. Your induction will include a blood pressure test and 'Welcome Workout'. Inductions are run throughout the week and are free to those taking out a BodyZone membership. Please call 01628 777003 to book your induction.

Fitness Assessments and Personal Programmes:
The Fitness Consultants are trained in offering comprehensive fitness evaluations and personalised 'made to measure' fitness programmes. The assessment will give you an accurate overview of your fitness levels and will set you achievable targets. Since some consultants have specific skills in particular areas please feel free to ask who is best suited to deal with your needs.

Lifestyle Management Scheme:
Customers with a wide range of clinical conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, osteoporosis or obesity may benefit enormously from a professionally designed exercise programme. Referred by your doctor (from participating surgeries only) for an eight week workout schedule, your progress is monitored by a fitness consultant. For more information please call 01753 842192.

Generations:
The Generations scheme is a great way to find a shared interest with your 13-16 year old son, daughter, brother or sister! They can make full use of the cardio-vascular (CV) equipment which includes the bikes, rowers and joggers. The 'responsible adult' needs to be over 25 years old.
Cost per session £3.30 with advantage card £4.50 without.

S.M.I.L.E
The SMILE club is a must for people aged fifty, sixty or seventy plus. You are never too old to start exercising and with the SMILE Club you can achieve things you thought you would never do! There are set times for SMILE Members to train in the gym and also special cycle and power walking sessions. Telephone the BodyZone to obtain further details.

Health Suite:
We offer excellent relaxation areas comprising sauna, steam room and spa pool. An ideal way to unwind after a vigorous workout or a stressful day. The relaxation areas are included in the price of your membership or casual visit.

Spinnin':
This is a revolutionary new way to satisfy your lust for cardio-vascular exercise. Spinnin' is the very latest cycle craze sweeping the health and fitness circuit. Use Spinnin' as part of your weekly exercise routine to improve your fitness, health & vitality. Book yourself onto a 45 minute class.  Classes limited to 10 places. The venue for these classes has changed to Bodyzone Braywick Park, Braywick Road. To book, please call 01628 633200 or the Magnet on  01628 777003. Don't forget to bring a bottle of water (we don't allow people on a class without one!) (Fee payable if cancelled without 24 hours notice.)

Option 3 - Continual Payment:
Pay monthly and enjoy access to all 4 gyms. These memberships are on-going.
N.B. we require one month's notice in writing to cancel your Direct Debit payment. Direct Debits are taken on or around the 4th of each month and validate your membership for that month. All non Borough residents are subject to the current annual non advantage card fee.
