Membership is not essential! We welcome casual members at all our Bodyzones, Magnet, Charters or Windsor. Our qualified staff are on hand to help whether you're looking for a specific programme for weight-loss, injury recovery or general fitness. Once you have taken an induction course you can make use of any fitness suite and simply pay as you play!

Inductions and your Welcome Workout

Inductions include a blood pressure test and a 'Welcome Workout'. Inductions run throughout the week and are free to those taking out BodyZone memberships, bookable in advance.

Fitness Assessment and Programmes

Your consultants are skilled in offering comprehensive fitness evaluations and personalised made to measure fitness programmes, assessing your fitness levels and setting achievable targets.

Older, younger or differently abled - there are no barriers to working out at BodyZone. We cater for absolutely everyone, with training programmes for people for all ages and those differently abled. Wheelchair access is no problem.

The assessment will give you an accurate overview of your fitness levels and will set you achievable targets. Since some consultants have specific skills in particular areas please feel free to ask who is best suited to deal with your needs.

Generations:

Exercise for the Borough's Teenagers. Local teenagers must be accompanied by a responsible adult after 6pm, Monday-Thursday. For 16-19 years normal fee applies at this time. All 13-15 year olds can visit BodyZone after 6pm Monday to Thursday when accompanied by a parent or a responsible adult (over 25 year of age) for just £3.70 and unaccompanied at anytime Friday, Saturday and Sunday! Ask at reception about our weekly Generations exercise club available at all gyms!

Over 50s S.M.I.L.E membership

Reduced entry fees and discounted direct debit options (pilates and yoga excluded) enable you to use all the BodyZone gyms during off peak hours, including use of Windsor and Magnet pools. Smile membership is available to residents 50-90 years young.
