Health Related Classes and Offers from BodyZone

You may be eligible for a discounted referral via your GP, to your local lifestyle management centre. Our fully trained team are on hand to assist and support you in adopting A HEALTHY DIET AND BECOMING MORE ACTIVE.

If you have a health condition which may be improved or reduced by adopting a healthy lifestyle:

• High Blood Pressure
• High cholesterol
• Diabetes
• Osteoporosis
• Arthritis
• Anxiety
• Depression
• Overweight
• Family history of heart disease
• Sedentary/ Inactive

Then we can offer a range of activities including walking, smoking cessation, gentle exercise classes, gym sessions and educational talks and/or individual appointments with a state registered dietician for healthy eating and/or weight management.

The twelve week scheme is available to residents of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, additional discount is given to senior citizens and those on income support.

On completion of the scheme all participants are offered a 25% discount off their first pre-paid membership*.

So don't delay - ask your GP/Nurse or Physiotherapist if you are suitable for a referral.
