Do I need a licence to sell food on the street?
With the exception of the pedestrianised streets in Maidenhead, all streets in the Royal Borough are designated as Consent Streets. This means that any person who wishes to sell food or other items from a trailer or stall in a street must first obtain a Street Trading Consent from the Council.
