Personal Licence Applications

Before submitting the Personal Licence Application please ensure that you have read the guidance notes at the end of the downloadable Personal Licence Application Form.

Personal Licence

With effect from 1st April 2011 a change in the qualifications required when applying for a Personal Licence, APLH will replace the existing NCPLH qualification. Anyone who has passed the NCPLH qualification up to and including the 31st March 2011 can be assured their qualification will still be valid. However all applicants with effect from 1st April 2011 will need to sit the new APLH qualification certificate before applying for a Personal Licence.
