Current Licensing Applications

Below is a list of current applications for either:-

  • the grant or provisional grant of a Premises Licences or a Club Premises Certificate; or
  • to vary an existing Licence or Certificate; or
  • to review a Premises Licence.

The list is updated weekly and applications stay on the list until the last date for representation has passed.

Any person is welcome to inspect the full details of any of the applications listed below. Applications may be viewed by visiting the Licensing Section, at the Town Hall, Maidenhead between 9am and 5pm on any working day. Although any person may inspect an application, licensing law stipulates that only 'Responsible Authorities' and 'Interested Parties' are eligible to make representations to an application.

Representations may be for or against an application. 'Responsible Authorities' are public bodies such as the police, fire authority and trading standards and 'Interested Parties' are, in broad terms, persons living or operating a business in the vicinity of the applicant premises.

Guidance notes entitled 'Making Representations' have been produced to assist you to make representations on licensing applications. It is recommended that any person wishing to make representations refer to this guidance prior to submitting their comments to the Council.
