All room hire and exhibition spaces listed can be booked by:
- Contacting the library concerned to check availability
- Completing and returning the room booking form with your payment
All libraries have display boards for display of public posters. These are FREE to use for charities, non-commercial, learning organisations or individuals. For all commercial advertising there is a charge.
Space is limited. Priority is given to non-commercial and community posters. Space is allocated on a first come first served basis, and cannot be guaranteed to be available.
