Library catalogue

You need to be logged in use the library catalogue to:

• Renew books DVDs and any other item you already have on loan.
• Request a book or other item held in the Borough's libraries.

You can still search the catalogue if you are not logged in, but you cannot access your account to reserve items or renew your books. Help if you are having trouble with the catalogue

Limits to what you can renew on the Internet

You normally can renew books and other stock.  However you cannot renew books if:

• They are reserved by another customer.
• You have already renewed them four times.  After that, you will need to bring them into the library.
• If you have charges on your account more than £20.

What to do if you are having problems with the catalogue?
If you are having problems connecting use the HELP link to view information about settings on your computer or catalogue services that require a PIN number to access.
