All Borough libraries have computers, with access to the Internet, and you will need your membership card to use them.
We subscribe to a selection of local and national websites, and online resources, which are regularly updated and contain reliable, trusted information.
Our online resources give you on screen access to hundreds of technology, creative, digital and computing books, driving test theory questions, social issues, newspaper articles, biographies, business set up, Encyclopaedia Britannica and more.
- If you're age 15-17yrs, you get 45 minutes free use of the Internet per day and get additional 30 minute blocks for free, subject to computer availability.
- If you're 12-14yrs, your parent, guardian or carer needs to come into the library to sign a permission form; your record will be updated to get 45 minutes free access per day and get additional 30 minute blocks for free, subject to computer availability.
- You can borrow up to 24-items and download up to five eBooks or Audiobooks for free - if it's more convenient, you can return items to a different Borough library.
- You can use Enquire 24-hour reference service to connect to someone who is trained to help; simply enter your details, query and press Connect.
