Your RBWM library membership now entitles you to:

• Borrow, return and reserve books at more than 200 libraries throughout the South East
• Access more than six million books in any public library in any of the local authorities in membership of
  the South East Library Management System (SELMS) Consortium
• Borrow books while you are away on business or holiday in another area, finish them at home and drop them off at your local library.
  The participating SELMS authorities are listed below

  
  
  South East Library Management System (SELMS) currently includes :

  • Brighton and Hove City Council
  • Buckinghamshire County Council
  • Kent County Council
  • London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham
  • Medway Council
  • Milton Keynes Council
  • The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead
  • Slough Borough Council
  • West Berkshire Council

  Other authorities planning to join are Hertfordshire County Council and the London Borough of Camden.

  Library facilities:

  • Free loan of spoken words books on cassette and CD for registered partially sighted people.
  • Dolphin SuperNova screen magnification and speech Synthesiser software on some public computers

  Cannot get to the library?
  Use your home PC to access our 24/7 services with your RBWM library membership number and PIN:

  • Download over 800 e-books and audiobooks fom home
  • Search and reserve items using our online catalogue
  • Renew items through your Account via our online catalogue site
  • Use our e-LIBRARY subscription services from home. The subjects covered include the arts, the Bible, biographies, dictionaries, business start ups, Islam, practising doing your driving theory test, practising the Life in the UK citizenship test, World issues and much more.
