Library Frequently Asked Questions

As long as your items have not been reserved by another customer, you can renew them up to four times without showing them at a library. Renew by phoning your library (during opening hours), by using our 24-hour renewal line 0303 123 0035 or online (you will need your membership card number & 4-digit PIN).

You can access the library catalogue from your mobile on http://mob.rbwm.spydus.co.uk.
