Participants will use treasured objects, photos and the Internet to research their heritage and local history to create written and verbal stories, developing new skills, improved memory and sense of self worth.
Mel Gow believes that writing creatively improves our view of ourselves, makes us better communicators, enriches our relationships and contributes to our communities.
The course is running over three weeks, and booking is essential.
