Braywick Nature Conservation Volunteers

Braywick Park needs you! Join our team of nature conservation volunteers every Wednesday morning from 9.30am to 1pm. Tasks include tree & hedge planting, coppicing, trail & pond maintenance, wildflower planting and wildlife monitoring. No experience necessary. Volunteer opportunities

The Centre offers opportunities to get involved, either on a one off or ongoing basis. Opportunities include tree planting, pond and woodland management, helping with surveys or with educational activities.

Practical nature conservation activities take place each autumn and winter, helping to enhance our parks and open spaces and increase their value to wildlife. Our Tree Warden Group is linked to the National Tree Council , and encourages local people to help out with monitoring, conserving and improving the local tree population and welcomes new members.
