Training and Development

We want everyone who works for the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead to have access to the best possible learning, training and development opportunities. This is why we have in place a range of tools and schemes that include:

  • An online e-Induction programme
  • A mentoring scheme
  • A management development programme focusing on managing people, change, value and diversity
  • Access to qualifications training and support, including NVQs.

And of course, all of this is on top of the opportunities you've have to learn and develop through your everyday work.
