Key Worker Housing

Housing Initiatives are helping to keep the skills we need in our key public services. If you are a 'key worker' you could get help to buy your first home or rent a home at an affordable price.

Key workers who may get help are:

  • Teachers
  • Nurses
  • Police Officers
  • Fire Fighters
  • Social Workers
  • Other staff employed by the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead
  • Other groups - to find out more visit the Homebuy Agent's website http://www.catalysthomebuy.org.uk/

A Homebuy Agent is a registered social landlord that markets housing schemes for key workers across an area. They deal with applications and arrange the help you need. To find out if you can get help and how to apply for it, you need to contact the Royal Borough's Homebuy Agent, Catalyst Housing Group, on 0845 601 7729 or alternatively you may call the Royal Borough's Keyworker Co-ordinator on 01628 683628.

You can access the website for Catalyst Housing Group by clicking on this link: http://www.catalysthomebuy.org.uk/
