What happens when I request information?

The Borough will:

1. Log your request and give you a unique reference number, so we can track your request.

2. We may need to ask you to clarify what information you require and/or inform you that a fee may need to be paid.

3. Supply the information within 20 working days, though this does not include days where the Borough is waiting for further clarification on the information required, if we are waiting for a fees notice to be paid or while a public interest assessment is taking place.
