Information Request Statistics 2010
There are three regulatory areas we track which set targets in relation to requests made to us for information. They are:
- Freedom of Information
- Data Protection
- Environmental Information
The simplest way to deal with the targets they set is to record when a complete response is required and then whether the deadline is achieved or not. It means that our target for the Response Rate is always 100%:
