Health and Safety at Work - RIDDOR
The accident reporting system under RIDDOR Regulations has
been in force since April 1996 and it requires businesses to
report certain work related accidents, diseases and dangerous
occurrences to their Enforcing Authority.
The reporting procedure has recently been simplified and you can
now report all cases to a single point, the Incident Contact
Centre (ICC) based at Caerphilly.
This means that you no longer need to be concerned about which office
and enforcing authority you should report to.
