House Condition Survey 2001-2002

To provide current data for reviewing the Housing Strategy 2002 - 2006 'Improving Housing Together' and to identify which sectors of the private housing stock RBWM will need to intervene, a House Condition Survey has been conducted.

The survey consisted of three elements, house condition, energy efficiency and household composition. A random survey sample of 1000 properties was identified and field work undertaken between February and November 2001.
