Heathrow Special - 2M Booklet
The Royal Borough is one of the 12 Local Authorities that have joined up and formed the 2M Group which has two million voices against Heathrow expansion. The other local authorities are London Boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Kensington and Chelsea, Merton, Richmond and Wandsword and Slough, South Bucks and Spelthorne.
