Food Premises Registration Frequently Asked Questions

We are required to keep a register, open to inspection by the public, containing the name and address of the food premises concerned and the type of business operated there. Apart from this, the remaining information is confidential. The information cannot be revealed to anyone except an authorised Officer of another enforcement Authority or Police Constable.
