The Council does not provide grants for aircraft noise insulation. Heathrow Airport ran a scheme some years ago but this has ended. The airport is proposing a new scheme in connection with future proposals but this would, if it goes ahead, apply only to certain public buildings in a specific area.
  1. Am I allowed to have a bonfire?

  9. I need information about disposing of pesticides which are no longer permitted to be stored by householders?
