The Badnells Pit Planning Inquiry took place on Tuesday 14th March 2006 in the Desborough Suite, Town Hall, Maidenhead. The Appeal was allowed. The Inspectors report has now been recieved and has been posted in the Planning Public Access module where it may be found by searching for application 03/40644.
