Excluded Pupils

The Education Welfare Service will:

• Offer advice and support to parents
• If appropriate attend case meetings for permanently excluded pupils
• Advise and assist in reintegration to an alternative mainstream school
• Advise where appropriate on alternative provision
• Liaise with exclusions officers and Behaviour Support Service
• Track excluded pupils by means of 'Out of Schools' procedures
