Registration (Regulation 12)

Applications for a Chaperone Licence should be made to the LEA in the area where YOU live. The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead requires:

A completed application for together with two passport sized photographs

The names of three referees (who we will contact for references)

A successful police check (confidential)

We may also request an interview
Once all the checks have been satisfactorily completed a Licence will be issued. Note: as several checks have to be made, the time-span between the LEA receiving an application and the issuing of a Chaperone Licence can be a couple of months.
