Term starts on: Monday 5 September 2011* (NB this is an INSET Day - see note below)

*INSET Days - There are five INSET (or Teacher Training) Days to be taken during the 2011-12 academic year. One of these, set by the LA, will be the first day of Term 1 (Monday 5 September 2011). The remaining four days must be taken within the 194 days given above. It is strongly suggested that Monday 23 July should be one of these four inset days.
