Schools Opening/Closure Information

The decision to open a school rests with the headteacher and is normally made first thing in the morning after assessing weather conditions. We will update this page as soon as we are informed by headteachers of any closures. Parents are also advised to check their school's website (follow the links to schools on the right) and listen to local radio stations or to visit the BBC Berkshire website

In the event of severe weather, if we do not have information about a specific school, parents should check directly with the school to see if they are open or closed, or keep checking this page for updates.
