Our Vision

The Ethnic Minority Achievement Service is committed to empowering ethnic minority pupils to reach their full potential within school and to play a successful future role within our diverse society.

We will work in partnership with schools to promote racial equality by raising awareness of the barriers to achievement for ethnic minority pupils and by supporting equal access to the curriculum.

Discrimination on the grounds of culture or faith, language, gender and ethnicity is not appropriate and we encourage schools to develop a recognition and appreciation of diversity amongst our pupils.
