Protecting Privacy

By completing the Online Admissions form you give the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead the authority to collect and retain the information about you for the purpose of processing your request.  

In order to provide you with this service we may need to share your information with relevant schools, neighbouring authorities and Local Education Services.  This may in some instances include sensitive personal information. 

Under certain circumstances the Local Authority may check the accuracy of information provided by you, or information provided about you by public bodies with other information held by the County Council.  Impersonal aggregated statistics will be compiled from the records.
