School Designated Areas

Every address in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead falls within the Designated Area (or Catchment area) of certain schools. Living in the Designated Area for a school does not guarentee you a place at the school however living within this area can give residents priority over certain other residents as set out in the Oversubscription Criteria for each school. Specific details can be found in the relevant Guide to School Admissions which you should read prior to applying for a school place.

The following PDF downloads outline the school designated areas for Royal Borough primary and secondary schools.

You can also find the designated area for your address by accessing the RBWM Maps Online facility. Simply enter your address details, pick your address from the list and select education and learning from the list on the right hand side of the page.

If you are still unsure of your designated area schools, please contact the Admissions Team ensuring you have your postcode to hand.
