Grow Our Own Project - Local Jobs For Local People

Grow Our Own is a local service for those looking to employ or find employment in the Windsor and Maidenhead. The initiative helps local people get ready for work, particularly those who may be finding it difficult, by offering complementary services such as advice, learning, support and mentoring.

Grow Our Own Offers:

• Advice, guidance, training, learning and support services
• Networking opportunities
• Links with local businesses in and around RBWM
• Less red tape for everyone by bringing together businesses with vacancies and people looking for jobs
• A one-stop-shop for job advertisements, job seekers and skills training.
