Centre For Developing Connections

The centre, based at Maidenhead Library, offers a range of services to any adult who lives or works in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. These include careers guidance, CV writing and interview skills workshops provided by qualified, experienced staff. The centre offers computer access for job searches and holds a range of information on colleges and unversities. Personality profiling is available by appointment for a fee. Grow Our Own Project - Local Jobs For Local People

Grow Our Own is a local service for those looking to employ or find employment in the Windsor, Maidenhead and Bracknell areas. The initiative helps local people get ready for work, particularly those who may be finding it difficult, by offering complementary services such as advice, learning, support and mentoring.

Grow Our Own Offers:

• Advice, guidance, training, learning and support services

• Links with local businesses in the Maidenhead, Windsor and Bracknell areas
• Less red tape for everyone by bringing together businesses with vacancies and people looking for jobs
