Welcome to the Leisure Services unit where we provide a wide range of services to residents and non-residents of the Borough. Come and try out our leisure centres or catch a breath of fresh air and enjoy the views in our parks and play areas. Our Leisure Services unit is also responsible for tree planting, garden in bloom, hanging baskets, sports development and much more. Listed below are brief introductions to our areas.
Residents and non-residents of Windsor & Maidenhead can apply for an Advantage Card (free to residents), which can be used to receive discounts in a number of areas around th Borough, such as car parks, leisure centres, shops and hotels and much more. There are many allotment sites throughout the Borough. Sites in Maidenhead are managed by the Outdoor Facilities Team, while those in Windsor are managed by the Windsor Allotments and Home Gardens Association.
We undertake a wide range of work to protect, improve and raise awareness of our unique local environment. We also provide information and education about local wildlife and conservation, through events and activities at Braywick Nature Centre and other venues across the Borough.

The Royal Borough manages a wide range of parks, open spaces and play areas in Windsor and Maidenhead, providing opportunities for sports activities, informal play, a brisk walk or a gentle stroll in pleasant surrounding.

So Much Improvement with a Little Exercise - partnership between the Council's Community Services Directorate and Berkshire East Primary Care Trust. The SMILE programme is an exercise and activity club for you if you're over 50, 60, 70 or 80.
