Development Control Frequently Asked Questions

You will need to make a note of what you think is wrong eg:

  • Size of the wall – What doe estimate to be the height of the wall
  • Conditions attached to extension – What are they doing
  • Building a separate building (back yard) -
  • Change in land use – What are they doing on the premises.  Are there delivery vehicles? Do they work at night?  Is there any noise?

You can then check on the Planning Public Access Module for planning conditions, if there is an infringement you can register an enforcement complaint by completing the on-line form.
