Joint Strategic Planning Unit (JSPU)  The Joint Strategic Planning Unit (JSPU) was set up when Berkshire County Council was abolished.  The JSPU are responsible for producing the Berkshire Structure Plan, the minerals and waste local plans for the Berkshire area, and to provide a range of information services related to those tasks.
