Panel Reports

Reports by planning officers on individual applications are available on the Council's website under Council Meetings.  There are two area development control panels - Maidenhead and Windsor - which each meet every 4 weeks.

Once on the Council Meetings page, to look for a particular Development Control Panel Meeting, first find the relevant year and month and then select the required Panel Meeting. Click on the agenda (in purple), then Planning Applications (in purple). This takes you through to the list of applications considered. Click on the purple application number to view the individual report.  Minutes of each panel meeting are also available by clicking on minutes (in purple). 

Agenda reports will be available on the Council website 5 working days before the relevant Panel date.  Minutes are approved at the following 4-weekly Panel meeting, so again will be available 5 working days before that meeting.  Any amendments take effect from the date of that subsequent meeting.  

Certain planning matters may also be considered at Cabinet or full Council meetings and the relevant agendas and reports can also be accessed in the same way through Council Meetings.
