ING Real Estate Development UK (Maidenhead) Ltd has submitted an Outline Planning Application to transform the area between King Street, Queen Street and Broadway for a new shopping centre along with a new car park, homes, offices, open space and alterations to the road network.

The application also includes an Environmental Statement (ES) which assesses the environmental effects of the proposed development and sets out the measures that could be adopted to avoid or reduce the effects.
