ING Real Estate Development UK (Maidenhead) Ltd has submitted an Outline Planning Application to transform the area between King Street, Queen Street and Broadway for a new shopping centre along with a new car park, homes, offices, open space and alterations to the road network.

The Customer Service Centre is open the hours of 8.45am and 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and between 8.45am and 4.45pm on Fridays.

The application also includes an Environmental Statement (ES) which assesses the environmental effects of the proposed development and sets out the measures that could be adopted to avoid or reduce the effects. Copies of the ES can be purchased from Montagu Evans LLP, Clarges House, 6-12 Clarges Street, London, W1J 8HB, at a charge of £150 for a hard copy or £15 for a CD (exclusive of VAT and Postage and Packaging).

Maidenhead Rejuvenation

The adopted Maidenhead Town Centre Area Action Plan (AAP) is the basis for the future rejuvenation of the town centre up to 2026. The AAP identifies particular sites for development and the policies to assess proposals. The plan can be found using the related link 'Maidenhead Town Centre AAP'.
