Local Life is a new website launched by the Royal Borough which will give residents greater access to council information and services and allow them to create a vibrant online community for their local area.

Local Life puts residents at the heart of council business, giving you:

• A direct way to express your views and report problems like potholes and broken street furniture
• Sign up for electronic council tax billing and payments
• Take part in online discussions about local issues in your street, ward or area
• Be part of consultations and surveys
• Personalise your web pages to find and share information about services, facilities and events
• Publish your favourite photos
• Access information feeds about subjects of interest
• Access information feeds about subjects of interest to you
• You can also access RBWM's one-stop transparency shop with access to a new portal with nine different categories of information gathered from the council's own internal systems, including spend over £500, councillor allowances, customer service requests and crime statistics.
