What if my bill has reduced as a result of the year 2005 Revaluation?

Unfortunately the transitional scheme has to be self-financing, so reductions are also phased in. The minimum amount payable will be the last years rate charge plus inflation minus the limited reduction (12.5% for large properties, those with a RV of over £15,000 and 30% for small properties).
