A/C 02398656 sort code 30-00-00 Lloyds Head Office Collection A/C. You need to quote your Council Tax reference number on the form. The instalment is due on the first of each month so you should set up the Standing Order date so the Council receives your instalment by the first. This may mean you need to ask your bank to make the payment around 5 days before the first of the month. Contact your bank for advice.
Why not consider paying by Direct Debit, and then you won't need to set up a standing order each year.
