If you have a query relating to your Council Tax bill, please read through this set of frequently asked questions before calling the Council, as the answer to your question may appear here.

There are now some new ways to do this.

- You can call us on 01628 683 850 to set up a Direct Debit over the 'phone. (If you have arrears, we can arrange an instalment payment plan to pay these at the same time as setting up your Direct Debit.)

You no longer need to complete a paper Direct Debit Instruction.
