To make life easier for you, the Customer Service Centre offers a range of ways to pay your council tax and other council invoices. Just choose the one that's best for you.

On-line

0From the comfort of your own home at any time of day or night. Use the secure payment facility by clicking on the Pay Online link which appears on every page.

Self-service payment kiosk

The quick and easy way to pay if you prefer to call in person at the Town Hall, Maidenhead, or York House, Windsor. Touch-screen technology means you can pay using cash or debit card, and also check your account balance. The machine gives change and issues a receipt.

Cheque deposit box

Want to pay by cheque when you call in? There's a convenient deposit box right beside the self-service kiosk (envelopes and receipts available).

Set up a Direct Debit - the easy way to pay

Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay your bill. You can choose to pay on the 1st or the 15th of each month. It is also cheaper and easier for the Council to administer and thus helps to keep Council bills down.

If you want to set up a Direct debit for Council Tax Payments, you can download a form here:

Then fill it in and return to us by post at the address stated on the form.
