Moving House?
If
you're moving into, out of, or within the Borough, you can use this
change of address form to notify Council Tax, Business Rates, Benefits,
Electoral Registration and/or other departments within the Council.
Please note that the purpose of this form is to alert departments - they
will still need to contact you in order to complete the notification
process.
