There are two Customer Service Centres - in the Town Hall, Maidenhead and York House, Windsor. They cover the following:

The CSC phone lines are open from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.

Please note, when contacting the Customer Service Centre, that our busiest times are between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Self-serve or face-to-face

The Customer Service Centre provides self-serve terminals for information and advice, or if you prefer, one of our customer service advisors will be available to deal with your enquiry in person at a private interview point.
