The CSC phone lines are open from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.

Self-serve or face-to-face

The Customer Service Centre will provide self-serve terminals for information and advice, or if you prefer, one of our customer service advisors will be available to deal with your enquiry in person at a private interview point. Information and literature on all of our services and service standards are readily available.
