Extra Mile Awards for RBWM staff

The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is keen to constantly improve the service it delivers to its customers and the role it plays in the community. As part of this we will be recognising those staff who have gone 'the extra mile' to provide a good service to our customers.

The award categories will span from the greenest initiative all the way to best team achievement giving everyone a chance to be nominated. Two of the awards are eligible to be voted for by the Residents/Customers of the Royal Borough:

  • Outstanding Customer Service - An individual or team that has provided excellent customer service for the public or internally
  • Unsung Hero - An individual who has consistently gone the extra mile to get things done

To vote online, fill in the nomination form where you can put forward who you feel is deserving and the reasons why.

Please note Tuesday 31 May 2011 is the closing date for nominations.
