Methods of Consultation

In order to ensure that we consult as broader range of people as possible, we use a variety of consultation methods, including:

• Residents' (Viewpoint) Panel
• Household Surveys
• Best Value User Satisfaction Surveys
• Service User Forums

We recognise the need to ensure that we co-ordinate all consultation activities across the Council, and to help us achieve this, we have developed a Consultation Strategy, which includes guidance on appropriate forms of consultation and plans for developing new techniques.
