Consultation: Frequently Asked Questions

The views of our residents are important and the Council encourages public participation in a number of ways. The Council has a Viewpoint Panel, comprising a cross section of residents within the Royal Borough, which is consulted on a number of issues.

The Council has a number of Service User Forums, which is an way of undertaking consultation with both Members and experts from the community at an early stage in the policy development process, before an issue is put to Cabinet for decision.

The Council also publishes consultation documents on its website.
